When shopper Claire shared on Facebook, she found that the 11 items she had purchased had been put in five 15-cent bags, expressing her frustration.
Claire posted a photo of her order on Coles Online, showing how much groceries are contained in each shopping bag.
Buy only one for each of the two bags, and only two for the other. The remaining two bags each have 3 to 4 purchases.
“Not only is there no way to cancel the home-delivery bagging option, it means I have to pay for the bags that I don’t need. This is how they are packaged.
“You said it’s not enough to take the bags back and recycle them. You shouldn’t use them in the first place.”
